xbox website won't sign in

i just got stardew valley(xbox gamepass on windows11)to play with my bro and it says to go to Xbox.com and change my privacy settings from there but i can't sign in on the website, i click on sign in and it switches to a grey screen with a Xbox logo in a white loading circle then it returns to the home page not signed in, it did once ask for account &password but still didn't sign in

edit: I've tried both opera GX(my main web browser) and microsoft edge neither have worked so far

Oh, that's why. I am afraid you need to wait for your account to naturally mature or you can ask your parents/guardian to manage your settings so you can fully use your game pass. Once you click the Start Menu/Windows Icon, you can type Services right away.

i haven't tried any others, i did miss click on powerwash sim to enable co-op and it didn't say anything so maybe maybe not

Sorry about that. Kindly check if you can sign in to MS store, open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game pass and should change the store account. After that, sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and make sure that all multiplayer settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

Please click “submit”, once confirmed restart your device to re-sync and make sure all changes are saved.
