Xbox website thinks im from the UK

The Xbox forums and the xbox store thinks I'm from the UK, even though I'm Canadian The Xbox forums have a "UK" like at the top and the Xbox store displays all prices in pounds. Any idea why its doing this? My account section shows my Canadian address

just to confirm guys it worked fine, the only problem is I seem to connect to people with average to poor latency I think maybe the UK xbox connects as if im in the UK when infact im 2000 miles away so maybe this is the cause of bad latency *shrugs*

please check if the country/region in bottom left corner of the page is set to Canada, that will sort out the country issue on xbox.com etc

Just to be sure, if the country on your account will show UK on this link:
live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation in the country field in the second column, then your account is a UK account and you might want to Migrate it to Canada, but be careful if it's needed, since it can have several consequences etc. Info can be found

If the console itself will also show the wrong currency, be sure to check and update the region/location settings on the console. Settings - System - Language & Location

 

I have changed nothing but it appears to be fixed. The problem was that the forums and the store were tied to the UK Region but the console was not. As I was conforming this information, I see that all pages are showing correctly and the price on the Xbox
store is showing correctly.

Not sure how it fixed itself as I don't remember changing anything.
