    So for the past 2 times that I have turned on my Xbox, I got a message saying go to xbox.com/errorhelp and enter code 0xd0000225. I tried to go to the URL, but it won't load anything, not even an error code.

    have you tried soft reseting the xbox, or unplugging for a few minutes and plugging back in?

    I would recommend a hard reset of your Xbox. This can be done by holding the power button down for 10 seconds while the console is on, until it shuts off. Then unplug the power cable for at least 10 seconds. Once you plug it back in, proceed to restart
    the console normally. Hopefully, this will fix your issue. If it does not try visiting https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Please try and use a different device as well.
    I am using the latest Microsoft Edge Browser and Firefox. Both get the same result when clicking on the link from Microsoft Xbox website and from your email link.
