    xbox website not functioning correctly

I got an error when i sign in. I continued to look around the site because I was having problem play games on my xbox 360. When i notice that it has the word "loading" right above the words "my account". I click it and it has my information making me wonder
why it says loading or error in the first place. When i try to move around the website to look at forms or try to get to support i would get application and run time error pages. I try to sign out but it gives me another error and will not sign me out. I
know that their is a service alert about the matchmaking function on the xbox but is their problem with the website or is my account mess up i do not want to keep my account open and would like to use the website support resources

    :)

Have you tried doing a hard reset? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once
it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

    Account not functioning correctly

Well, I sincerely doubt this is a hard drive error. Not sure who told you that. All the information is saved on Xbox's server so a problem with your hard drive would not cause this kind of issue. However, a problem with your gamertag might.

What I suggest is to go to My Xbox>System Settings>Memory>Gamertags and delete your profile only (not profile and games) then recover it (press the guide button on the controller and select recover gamertag). Hopefully this will solve your issue.

The website has run this badly for several years, its nothing new.

The only way to cut down on run time errors is to clear your computers cookies often.
