Xbox was stolen and code was redeemed

Unless he gave the code to someone or posted it publicly there is no way the code could be stolen. Is he having difficulty redeeming it?

If you've already redeemed the code, then the game is tied to your account and there's no need for the code.

Otherwise, the only way to get a new code is to buy one. Microsoft is not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

No one can use promotion codes to "hack" your account. If you don't trust the code then simply don't use the code. If it's from a stolen source, you can certainly get in trouble for redeeming it, yes.

CDKEYS is perfectly fine.They've never been found with fraudulent codes or for sending out malware.

I've been using them for several years & never had an issue.

Any code I've bought has been sent to me straight away & redeemed with no issues.

g2a are the ones to avoid.They sell stolen codes or stuff bought with stolen credit cards on several occasions.

It's a foregone conclusion the code was stolen by an Ambassador, but XBL Support cannot seem to locate irrefutable evidence.

Let's pretend I didn't know the code was stolen by an Ambassdor. I still know these things:

1. I have proof of purchase for the code.

2. When inputting my code, it says it is already redeemed.

3. The code is not applied to my account.

Therefore, it is logical to conclude that the code I paid for is not being used by me. On its own, how is this not enough to help me?
