Xbox was reset and now everything seems to be gone

Seems we have been reset and now all our accounts are gone. All our saved games appear to be gone. Why please someone tell me....Why would we waste any more time and money on another XBox if this is how we are going to be treated. All I want to do is play
a silly game and watch a few movies....how hard can it be? I buy your games. I bought your console. I pay for the privilege of access to the internet I already pay for, to be able to play the games I already bought. But all that is gone with all my accounts
and my saved game files. Why on earth would you do this?

Hello my tenure seems to be gone/Reset i´ve been a member since 2008 and now all the sudden its seems to be gone. i´ve tried deleting my profile on my xbox one but that didnt help. Reference nr 1241498718.

 

Everything is Reset. Gone.

They probably feel that you got achievements illegitimately. If you can still play online, it's probably nothing too big. It seems to just be something relating to achievements. Have you ever gotten players in a match, be it 1 to 10, and gone for achievements?
Just ideas.

 

Same issue here. Have tried to go about recovering my account and keep running into the same issue of it wanting me to create a new one and giving me a new gamertag. I've looked my original gamertag up and it shows that it's still
out there somewhere but I cannot seem to get to it. Very frustrating.

 

i am having the same problem we have lost 2 accounts and all saved date and I don't know how to recover the accounts as they apparently don't exist but if I go onto someone else profile they are still there but no way to access them

 

same here. Any fixes yet? This is ridiculous... I put in the right email and it signed me in as jugular booch73... which isn't my gamertag. Looked on my friend's account and my real gamertag exists, but i have no way of getting to it. grrrrrrr

 

Same issue here. I now know I'm not the only one having this issue. I like to play my xbox to decompress after my long, sometimes stressful, days of work and for the last couple of days NO DECOMPRESSING!!!!! Bell towers are coming to mind. That was joke.
