Xbox warranty upgrade with proof of purcashe

i cant adding my proof of purcashe for warranty problem. There isn't any link for upload my proof of purcashe pdf file. When i want to use my warranty, it says " Your warranty is expired" but there is 3 months until the end of the warraty according to the proof of purcashe. I can't contact with microsoft support. Warranty will expire until this issue is fixed.

As mentioned, you are unable to upload a PDF as proof of purchase since warranties are dependent on the serial number on your console/devices. It should he a one year warranty, many companies use the manufacturing date for their warranties when there is no proof of purchase. Then they revert to the proof of purchase date if you have one. Loke the other ambassadors have mentioned you just need
to contact support to verify your proof of purchase.

You would need to contact an xbox support agent and provide proof of purchase with the purchase date visable to process any warranty claim if the device was indeed still in warranty
