    Xbox Warranty returns are sub par


    My Controller on the XB1 has went bad. Left Thumbstick drifts up and left in games, the left trigger sticks in occasionally and the left thumbstick is very slow responsive in the XB1 home screen. Also there is something loose inside (has been since day one).

    I bought the extended warranty with MS and I regret it (I should have bought the warranty with the retailer as I could have just taken the controller back in and they would have given me a new one)

    With MS I have to package my Controller, send it to their depot and wait for them to send it back to me. So I am without a controller for at least 3 days (possibly more) and I had to pay for shipping

    Only after MUCH complaint did they decide to give me 3 months free xbox live to offset shipping ... but the wait it the stupid thing.

    Here is how it should work



    1. Open Ticket

    2. MS Sends you a controller and a prepaid box for old controller

    3. You ship you old controller back within 30 days or you are charged on your credit card

    Yay, another one of these threads. I am sick of hearing people complain on here. If you feel it is that sub-par, then return it and stop complaining about it.

    Return time is horrendous. I had to send in my PSU, paid for the replacement and mail off. I sent it off in August 2015 and have YET to get my replacement. I contact customer service about 2 weeks ago and have yet to get my PSU replacement. So nice to have
    spent $38 for no service.

    No! It's not a sub-par PC! Where did you get a silly idea like that? The Xbox One is NOWHERE close to being a sub-par PC. If you must know, it's actually the most advanced universal remote ever made. Duh! ; )
