    Yes, but I received an email from microsofts shipping partner and they said they would give me an e-label to send the controller to them but their was no e-label attached and it has been a week.

    Is the same problem on the Xbox? It is under warranty and the best thing is to return it as suggested. I know that waiting is a pain these days, but It must be done.

    Its best not to use a chrome browser

    Edge or firefox for the best results

    They still repair but dont expect it back soon

    Some places cloaed their service centers like nintendo.

    So feel fortunate given the current state of affairs
