    I have contacted Microsoft about a broken controller that's still under warranty and received a service request number. The email had a link for shipping info but it doesn't work. What is the mailing address for Xbox warranty returns/service?

    if your Xbox is still under warranty you should start a repair order.

    go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and select your Xbox to see your warranty status and start the repair process.

    if it is out of warranty you can still get it repaired but there is a fee for out of warranty repairs.
