Xbox warranty repair

We have had a power surge in our apartment and I thought everything was okay but when I went to turned on my Xbox it did not switch back on. There was no sign of burning or foul odor so I did not know what the issue was.

I contacted Xbox support to request a warranty repair, the agent had me send pictures and fill out a list of questions. He reassured me that someone from the technical department will contact me with the details on how I can send in my Xbox for repairs. I waited for over a month and was very patient thinking that most things in life has had delays due to the pandemic. I received an email telling me they closed the case without contacting me. I had to go through the process again, they sent me an empty box via UPS for shipment to their repair center in Germany which I sent. About 10 days later I received an email that it is being sent back without repairs and none of the reasons given fits why it was not repaired. I contacted Microsoft support again and the lady on the line said it was because my Xbox was out of warranty. After some arguing with her she said she apparently refreshed her page and could now see that it is valid until 15.02.2022. She put me on hold for 40 minutes saying she would speak to her technical department but the call dropped.

Nobody has called me back, When I go to the call back tab I get an error for the last 5 hours saying "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it.

Try Again"

I have a feeling I was blocked because they don't want to resolve the issue. Is there really no other way to get through to someone to help
