    Xbox warranty proccess


    My xbox had a manufacturing issue and I sent it to xbox service for a replacement. After a few days they approved that there is a problem on the xbox and told me that it will be replaced with another one. But after 3 weeks of waiting I got an e-mail saying
    I have to wait for two another weeks just for new console coming to service center in my country. When I tell them it exceeds time limitation of warranty proccess they only reply like: I know it’s hard but wait. They act like they don’t see issue and don’t
    do anything to make it up for this diseaster. I would expect a better customer support and a faster warranty proccess from xbox. They should stop consoles that don’t work if they can’t maintain these things.

    As long as its at the repair center before the warranty ended your fine even if they send it out after you also get 90days after it is sent to you

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a repair. First off we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It looks like the repair center where you are doesn't have the console in stock. So they are getting one from another
    area. This happens especially with older consoles. repairs normally take 14-30 days to complete. With the current world situation, this could be delayed. Even states this on the main page of the support site.

    Then repair it under regular warranty

    I went thru the same proccess

    Only 1 replacement for user damage liquid

    If you claimed regular warranty then it would transfer but not complete

    Its brand new and in warranty, i was able to contact microsoft and they are proccessing a replacement for me as they could not troubleshoot the problem either

    Well no since you are past the 30 day period after purchase you gotta go thru the warranty proccess

    Refund policies don't extend beyond 30 days most stores have a limit of 14 days
