    So if UPS destroys a product while shipping to your repair facility for warranty repair, even if after you've followed the shipping instructions to the letter and verified by the UPS agent, your response is to wrap it better and fight UPS?

    I've been with you guys as a customer for fifteen years and you are doing nothing to help me.

    Are you guys going to make this right or not?

    You guys contracted UPS. Not me. This hould not be my fight. I am the customer, and I have never felt more let down by you guys.

    And now I have no Xbox, a year left of Game Pass and now you're telling me to pound sand.

    Please, please help me. Or you're about to lose a fifteen year customer over betraying my trust.

    Exact thing happened to me, they made my xbox a nightmare to return during warranty. Finally sent it in sent me a "new" that constantly crashes, and now I no longer have warranty. Never buying a Xbox product again, my ps5 is older and has no issues what so ever and better games as well

    I'm also in the same boat as H3LLspawn, been waiting. Xbox received my psu on Dec 19th, not one word from the warranty department!

    Try contacting Best Buy but I will say you are in for a nightmare! Welcome to the club!

    I have sorted the issue now mate thanks for all your help. I got my friend whose Slim is out of warranty and he managed to order me one. Bit of a nightmare really. Can send mine in when the new one turns up.

    My Xbox keeps freezing but I never get red ringed...

    Ive tried that a hundred times...and it still doesnt help. The thing that is frustrating is that the freezes are random, but frequent. Like there is no exact situation that makes it freeze...it just happens randomly whenever it wants.

    As this would be my 9th broken console...and the first that is completely out of warranty...Ill probably just say *** it and play my PS3. Im a die hard 360 fan but this console has been a nightmare. With my past repair history I should get a lifetime warranty.
