Xbox Warranty and service checking my console's state

I have sent my xbox on a warranty and everything was okay until the current day.

I could check on the service status normally but today the console doesnt show up in the warranty and service center.

I also cant add it to my devices.

What happened?

If you haven't already done so, I would still recommend checking your "Xbox warranty information". But, if you do get a new console, I
can say I am very happy with my new Xbox One S.

Xbox keeps dashboarding mid-game and restarting spontaneously.

That seems more like a failure of your console's processor. To send your console for repairs:

Create Xbox Console or Kinect Service Order | Xbox Repair

when something like this happens, it will likely show up again soon, it could be the case that they are replacing the console with a other console, which makes sense that the old one is removed. Keep in mind that there sometimes is a delay in what has been
done and what is showing.

If you want to be 100% sure and check if something has gone wrong then you can try to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
they might be able to check into it and get some more information.

Oh also i forgot to delete my data from the console will anything happen?

 

I contacted microsoft support through chat and i got informed that my console is safe and arrived at service center so i know that my console is in good hands.

The console will basically always be reverted back to factory settings, so nothing will happen with your data other then it being removed from the console.

Good to hear all is good and being take care off.
