Please view Getting your Xbox device serviced for additional details. Once a warranty request has been submitted, you should receive an email confirmation for your service order request that will also include packing and shipping instructions. Typically, a shipping label will also be available which would cover shipping fees. However, this may vary depending on the region.

    Can i use an tranformator intead of a stabilizer?

    You could but if it breaks or somthing happens and your Xbox gets fried then (Assuming your still under warenty) your warenty gets voided.

    I recromend buying a power supply cord for the area your are in for the corect voltage.
