Xbox Vouchers not showing while playing a game

    Xbox Vouchers not showing while playing a game


    My son recently purchased 2 x £10 Xbox One vouchers. He entered the codes on his Xbox One and the £20 is showing credited to his Microsoft Account. However, when he is looking to spend the money in game (Forza Horizon 4) the credit is not showing.

    Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

    I believe you can collect the vouchers regardless, but they are useless if you didn't unlock them while gambling because you can't turn them in.

    I forget exactly how it worked, but I broke the bank and left the casino with 14,000+ SM chips and a comp voucher for another 1000. Also, my inventory shows 3 vouchers but I haven't been able to use them...

    Just the full game but voucher code reddems from my understanding should give dlc and it said when I put the code in and everything, mlb the show 21 Xbox one notmlb the show 21 5,000 stubs. note: mlb the show 21 was downloaded to my console by disc

    I believe you can collect the vouchers regardless, but they are useless if you didn't unlock them while gambling because you can't turn them in.
