Xbox voucher.

About two weeks ago I purchased £50 worth of Xbox vouchers from a Paypoint (1x10 and 2x20).

One of the £20 vouchers returned a Code Not Found message, so I asked the vendor what to do. He advised me to contact Microsoft support. So, I checked the customer service page, and found that I could submit a 'Code Not Found' claim. So, I submitted the
code, a picture of the voucher and patiently awaited what I assumed would be either a new code, or the £20 being credited to my account.

10 days later I received a template email from Microsoft telling me to return the voucher to the vendor and get them to 'fix it'.

So off I got back to the vendor, who phones Paypoint, who inform him that Microsoft have been credited with the £20, so it's down to them to sort it out.

What do I do? Microsoft don't really have a customer service at the moment, and it seems pointless resubmitting the 'Code Not Found' help form since the 150 character information box is insufficient for this explanation.
