Xbox Voice Commands no longer working with Netflix

Discus and support Xbox Voice Commands no longer working with Netflix in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I used to be able to control Netflix using voice commands only.     Xbox Voice Commands no longer working with Netflix


    I used to be able to control Netflix using voice commands only. I could open the app, select a profile, navigate the interface, and control the app using only voice commands. It was lovely.

    Now, it doesn't work. I can open the app. I can use the "play" and "stop" commands: "Xbox Play" "Xbox Stop". But I used to be able to use "Xbox, Select" to select a profile, choose which show to watch, that sort of thing. And now it just doesn't work.

    Why in the **** did you guys break this feature?

    Xbox 360 voice commands for Netflix not working

    All of a sudden Netflix on my 360 is longer picking up voice commands. I've tuned my Kinect and can use it on my Xbox system just fine but once I get into the Netflix app, the commands (e.g. Xbox play, Xbox pause etc.) do not work. Are the commands no longer
    supported or something?

    Update:

    After restarting the Xbox, the voice commands are working. Nothing highlights with green text like the old app. Anyway, I have to navigate the new Netflix app using a combination of Xbox SmartGlass and voice commands...oh well.....

    Same problem, A button / scroll no longer works on Netflix -- thought it was locked up, but controller works fine. Voice commands are heard and displayed in the upper left, but don't function.

    there is more features on netflix xbox then any other device

    (would only function with gold anyways)

    same issue, alot of people seem to be having this issue. netflix, hulu and media player (maybe more, i only use these) when i say, "xbox play" it gives the message "Can't Play From Here", it also cant fast forward, rewind or pause. if i say "xbox select"
    first to bring up the options, it works. it seems like they have removed the quick options and just left the, "xbox select" option. i presume it's on purpose and it's to reduce accidental commands. if that is the case, please tell me so i can start a petition
    to get them back, lol.
