Grrrr!!! 5 Yrs later you still haven't fixed this!!! Come on Microsoft you have my money why play this stupid game of not letting us Re Up in any manner we see fit...????!!!

I didn't know I couldn't use the money in my account to re up and now I have to go buy another card?!!!! this is really dumb & I'm NOT going to do it....so I'll just use up this lame money how I can and sell the dumb thing ...maybe one of the other Game
consoles are more user friendly...

My kid is very Unhappy as am I!!!

i have never gotten any credit via vip for anything brought through microsoft store or on my xbox why is that??? 16 games in the past two years all digital

If it was Microsoft Rewards points you redeemed for Xbox gift cards, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is separate.

If it was VIP gems you redeemed, Rewards support will check on them here for you. If they were gift cards they would have been emailed to you. If they were for rewards credits, the credits would show as pending in on the Xbox Rewards site, but the credits
would not be deposited into your account for use until the 29th.

I received a promotion via xbox live message. I bought a movie that was supposed to give me 10,000 Borderlands 3 points for the VIP site. I was finally messaged via xbox live the message with the code but I cannot view it from the app on my
phone as it says its not supported. I tried logging on via my pc but it wont load any messages. I have reset my xbox and even removed my xbl account and added it again. No message from xbl shows up on my console but it still does on my xbox app on my phone
(where it wont let me view my promo code for the BL3 vip site). I just want my code.

You'll need to look under the Xbox Live messages section on your xbox.

thanks to this vip dlc [the recent one that is available to vip members] *a vip member at that* i no longer have to rely on the prize boxes to aquire the Gold Skin armour; as the Car 13 Armour Skin looks like a better version of the Gold Skin armour, that
can be unlocked via the Prize boxes

The unicorns were not imported due to being a VIP, you had to have them in your FM3 garage in order to get them in your FM4 garage via profile import. The only cars you needed to be a VIP to get were the ZR1 and 430 Scuderia, since they were part of the
VIP pack in FM3.
