    Sorry to hear about episode 22 seeming to be missing. Just to get more clarification on this situation, I have a few questions to run by you.

    2. If you know, what is the full title of episode 22?
    3. Where are you experiencing this episode missing? (video.xbox.com, Xbox Video on the Xbox One console, or Xbox Video on mobile or tablet)
    If you haven't already in the meantime, I would suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps below to see if the episode shows back up:

    • Power cycle your Xbox One console.
    • Once the console is off completely, unplug all cords.
    • Leave everything unplugged for a few minutes.
    • Plug your console and cords back in and turn it on.
    • Try out Xbox Video again and searching for the missing episode.

    Are they videos you uploaded the the xbox? If so, they might not fit the video formats for the xbox.
