    Ok since the update one of my movies on xbox video disappeared!Tried every option restoring purchases, twitter ,chat online and calling xbox about a 3 day process.Does anyone have any clue whats going on???? Support has no clue I keep getting run

    Yes same issue here i lost 6 videos microsoft isnt helping best i can tell you is to take it up with credit card company or attoney general of your state microsoft is stealing from us and laughing about it.

    Are they videos you uploaded the the xbox? If so, they might not fit the video formats for the xbox.
