Xbox Video - video freezes every few minutes

after watching a few movies the issue is across all of them. tried to watch the new veronica mars movie tonight, and every so often the video will freeze but the audio will continue as normal. its very annoying. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset
my xbox, and restarted the app to no avail.

Does anyone else have this problem? The video is smoother ever since the march update, and I don't have this problem with Netflix so I really think its just Xbox video specifically.

Freezes every few minutes

I totally get the notion Microsoft Corporation does not earn enough money to provide customers with an add free experience so they [the Corporation] must bill their customers for the cost of advertising should said customer opt to go for an add-free experience
at the low (in their eyes) , low bargain price of $120 bucks a year. However, I now get the feeling Microsoft is attempting to FORCE customers to take such an option. The problems with the puzzles app has EVERYTHING to do with advertising. If you will note
(assuming your experience is similar to my own) when the advertising screen goes "black" to load a new advertisement every thing locks up...a couple of minutes (OR MORE!!!) later, the advertisement section flashes "white" at which time everything works for
about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then the process repeats. I've been timing it and a couple of times my wait time was 5 minutes down for every 30 seconds up. This went on for a few hours. This has gone on so long, I don't think Microsoft has any intent to
correct the problem. Color me as UNHAPPY and A LOT UPSET!!!

I am using Windows 10, and jigsaw is freezing every few minutes. are there any solutions?

I have this problem. Bought LOTR Two Towers on Xbox Video and it always freezes every 15 seconds or so. My internet is really fast and are no issues with any other device or app.

I watched some videos for about 30 minutes last and it froze. Then every few minutes after that it would freeze again!!! I never had the buffering issue until now. I actually removed the and downloaded again!! Too me it's totally useless!!
