Xbox Video purchases missing after latest system update April 1st 2014

So anyone who has bought films or tv shows from Xbox Video, you might want to double check that all of your purchases are there. After the latest Xbox 360 update 15 of my films are gone and also saying that I never bought them. Also not showing up in account
history. On the phone with Xbox Support atm, so we will see where this goes. Just a heads up all my Xbox friends!

This was what I read, after the April update the X1 "should" have started doing updates when the console turned off, and then do a silent reboot to return it to instant on.

$15 Digital Promotion (Lost my code, message containing code gone missing)

In Feb 22nd, 2014, I bought Zoo Tycoon (downloaded directly from my XBox One). This purchase comes with a $15 Cash Rebate offer for my next online game purchase. I received the $15 Cash Rebate code through a message from XBox Live some time in late March
/ early April 2014. Now, this message containing the code has gone missing from my Inbox and I haven't had the chance to even activate the code. Furthermore, I have never deleted any messages from my Inbox. Please help me to retrieve this code.

Just curious if you were able to get this resolved.

I have the same issue, tried support but nothing they suggested helped.

Its doubtful that the OP got this issue resolved. I am also having this same issue. Ill pass this thread along to some people who are already investigating the issue

This is a late reply however the films on my account are all there and accounted for. Something I assume messed up over at Microsoft, but all good now. Only issue now is all the films that I purchased with money I can't download to my console cause "You
used up your licenses for this item," keeps popping up. It never did this before they disappeared and then reappeared, I could download them as many time as I wanted....

I only started having problem with the Taptiles 002000 error from the 1st May 2014, and when I look at the Windows updates I installed in April the last one in the list was the "important" Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 8.1
for x64-based Systems (KB2961887) Installation date: ‎29/‎04/‎2014 12:07.

It is now April and still no update. So this means by the end of April?
