Xbox Video Purchase How I met your Mother Season 9 (Germany)

Hi

I bought the season pass from "How I met your Mother" Season 9 in german. The 5th episode is still not visible, but it has to be since 5 days. And the 3rd episode is labeled as the 9th, so the order is wrong.

I hope you can change this, because if I buy something I would like to have it.

Season Pass Purchased - Episode Not Added?

Hi! I'm having a similar issue with "Bones" right now -- a current episode is availible for purchase, but not appearing in my season pass. Refreshing the purchase history did not resolve the issue.

This has also happened a few times with "Castle" and "How I met Your Mother." In those cases I eventually gave up and purchased the individual episodes (despite having the season pass, Xbox Video gleefully allows me to complete those purchases).

 

latest episodes not available

Hey, I just downloaded season 9 of how I met your mother but I only have 7 episodes- there are two more that have aired but I can't search for them and they are not appearing automatically which I thought was going to happen. Am I doing something wrong or
what's up with it?

Thanks for letting us know, I'm taking a look into these issues.

 

It seems to be fixed. The new episode is online now and the order of the episodes is also right. The only thing what is wrong now is, that the release dates of the episodes are still wrong. The first two episodes have the right german release date and episode
3 to 5 have the american release dates. It will be cool if you can fix this too, but thats not a big problem
