    Xbox Video problem


    So, my xbox was working very well until i had a blackout. I was playing on my console while the power went off. After the power came back, i turned on my console and i got blackscreen, i couldn't do anything. I hard reseted the xbox and now i can't change
    the resolution from 640×480. And it has these weird dots and lines. I have a 1080p TV, and i tried switching between cables and monitors, but nothing. I know it's something internal, but do you think it's worth paying $150 to fix it, or to buy a new one?Trust
    me, i've tried everything, except the service, and i'm out of warranty. Please tell me what do you think i should do.

    Just to clarify, you do have the console connected directly from the console to the TV with the HDMI cable and it does not run through any other device, right? If not, then let's test that and see if that is able to help. Let's also try a different non LG
    TV if possible and see if that is able to help. give those a test and let us know what happens. We are here for ya!
