Xbox Video Problem

Everytime I try to go into the xbox video service it keeps asking me to install and update. I click on ok and it acts like it downloads the update and then it restarts xbox video and then it pops up again asking me to download and install and update everytime
I try to use xbox video. Does anyone know what the problem is with xbox video service?

You can't adjust the brightness in game. You have to do it through your TV

Just go to the game otpions and adjust the brightness and yes this is always was an issue. Just adjust the brightness. voila

Go to the storage settings and delete the entire Xbox Video app from there. Then reinstall the Xbox Video app. The first time it's launched should trigger the latest update to be installed.

You might be able to delete only the title updates for it and see if that would break the cycle, but if it were me, I would just delete the whole thing to be sure that the problem was removed regardless of which file is causing it.

Having the same problem with the pausing the video the audio exiting out of the video pretty much a bunch problems that only occur in Xbox videos

Hi IIHRII,

Just to clarify, you do have the console connected directly from the console to the TV with the HDMI cable and it does not run through any other device, right? If not, then let's test that and see if that is able to help. Let's also try a different non LG
TV if possible and see if that is able to help. give those a test and let us know what happens. We are here for ya!
