Xbox Video on Windows Phone 8 Download error

I have purchased videos but when I try to download to my phone for offline viewing I receive a message that states a download license cannot be acquired. What is the issue?

Windows 8 / Xbox Video streaming / download issue

I get the same error on my Windows 8 PC when trying to download videos from Xbox Video (on Win8). The error I get is:

Some things didn't download (0x80070002)

Cannot play video - Error 0xc00d11cd (0x8000ffff)

I took a video with Windows 8 Phone, and trying to view it on Windows 8 laptop. The laptop uses xbox video app to play the video. Video will not play, and get the error message 0xc00d11cd (0x8000ffff). I went to the xbox support site and followed all
troubleshooting steps provided, up to and including reboot. Nothing worked.

Maybe they are not supported.

Hello, could you please clarify your situation more please. Basically where are you trying to use Xbox Music; on Xbox 360, Windows 8 or Windows Phone 8? When you try to stream any music what happens. Does it stream or give you an error or do you only get
30 seconds of the song? If you use Windows 8 or Windows Phone 8 try downloading a song/album and see what happens. Does it download, or give you an error?

Assuming we are talking Xbox video:

*Broadband internet and account on Xbox required. Xbox Video app available on Windows 8 PCs and tablets, and Windows Phone 8. On Xbox One and XboxVideo.com, Xbox Video is streaming only. XboxVideo.com requires Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or Mac OS 10.6.8+ with Safari
5.1+. On Windows Phone, downloading requires Wi-Fi and a power source. Content use restrictions apply.

that says its design to be streamed.

The change is because xbox one was designed with the intention of it always being online, if that is the case you don't need to download.

If you don't debate xbox stuff, I don't learn anything, I thought it was a friendly discussion, maybe I should add more smilies. (although I agree this isn't going to change anything)
