    Xbox video not working for purchases


    Whenever I seem to buy or rent a video off Xbox video it kicks me off 50-55% through the movie and refuses to let me back on, it kicks me off my Xbox live, tells me I'm disconnected from the internet.. but when I go to test my connection it tells it its
    perfectly fine.

    I've spoken with a Xbox support manager . he's instructed me to post on this forum for further Xbox live support. As troubleshooting with this problem doesn't seem to work. Also I have purchased a CHRISTMAS BUNDLE. ( CHRISTMAS TIME IN SOUTH PARK) it came
    with 7 episodes in the bundle. episode number 5( red sleigh Down) is a duplicate of episode number 2 ( A Charlie Manson Christmas) I have troubleshooter with this issue many times myself and with an Xbox live rep. And it will not give me my episode please
    fix my Xbox video problems and reach me as soon as possible,.

    Xbox Video Purchases not working!

    The movie will an expiry date on them. Check when ur purchasing them as these are rentals.

    What movies? Are you sure you're signed in with the account that was used to purchase them? Moving to the Xbox Video section.

    I'm looking into the issue with the Christmas South Park bundle. I'll reply again when I've confirmed it's fixed.

    Try deleting the Xbox Video app and redownloading it to see if that fixed your disconnection issue.

    The episode of South Park should be playing the correct content in 6-8 hours.
