    Xbox Video not tracking watched percentage correctly


    March 10, 2015 - Contacted support and had to explain the issue (again). We found out that a few different things need to be addressed by the "engineers". Basically, back to waiting for someone to look into a issue that seems to ONLY be affecting me. I
    will check back with support soon to see what is happening.

    If anyone else is reading this, please check your XBOX Video percentages and post if you see anything strange happening with your percentages. Thanks.

    April 02, 2015 - Another chat session with someone who didn't understand what is happening. He did suggest checking out a third party site for help or these Xbox Ambassadors, who monitor these forums and haven't posted on this thread.

    I am still waiting for any information regarding the viewed percentages but at this point, I am not hopeful.

    April 02, 2015 - Another chat session with someone who didn't understand what is happening. He did suggest checking out a third party site for help or these Xbox Ambassadors, who monitor these forums and haven't posted on this thread.

    FEB 25, 2015 - Contacted support and had to re-explain the issue. Received a new support number. Still need to wait. Expected time is 7 days.

    The problem is with the tracking inside the XBOX One Achievements app (not the True Achievements app).
