Xbox Video not tracking watched percentage correctly

In the achievements application, my Xbox Video percentage for watching movies and TV shows for 100 hours have both dropped about 25%. I noticed this happened sometime between Christmas and now. I didn't contact sooner because I thought it would correct
    itself. It didn't.

Is there any way that the 25% could be added back to my values?

    :)

    Achievements not tracking percentage complete

Has anyone else noticed that achievements do not seem to be tracking the percentage complete?

I have a number of games and some may not track the progress but other I know from friends do. For example, I started playing Diablo 3 last night with some friends and after we were talking about progress killing treasure goblins or some such. They could
see on their achievements 15% complete for it but on my list all the achievements were showing at 0%. During our session we had killed at least two of these but my system didn't seem to be tracking.

Another game is Far Cry Primal. Now I'm not sure if these achievements track at all (as some games just don't) but I would assume they do but all the ones for things such as x kills with y weapon are all at 0%.

Is this an issue anyone else has faced and does anyone have a solution to get things working properly?

  3. Achievements not tracking percentage complete

My system won't even give me achievements when I meet the said criteria for unlocking it, and also doesn't track stats or anything. I've gone to support chats countless times and have gotten nowhere.

The Achievements in question are both under the XBOX Video app. They are "Season Record" and "Film Buff".

    Frequently asked questions

Why does the app still say I haven't unlocked the achievement I just unlocked?

As we have many gamers on the site it can take some time for your GamerTag to be scanned to pick up new achievements. You can manually request a scan on the TrueAchievements website on your gamer page, and this will add you to a shorter scan queue (though
you can only do this a limited number of times per day if you are not a pro subscriber).

    Further support

If you are having a problem with the application that isn't in this documentation, you can send us an email at trueachievements.com/contactus.aspx

    I hope this helps.

The problem is with the tracking inside the XBOX One Achievements app (not the True Achievements app).

The link about shows xbox video season record 100 hours. Seems you need to follow the previous post about trueachievement to scan and know more about it.

This has nothing to do with True Achievements. This is about the XBOX achievements tracking. One day the percentage on the 2 achievements were around 40% and around Christmas time, they were listing at 15%. (Note: These aren't the exact numbers but they
are used as an example of what happened).
