Xbox Video Issue on Windows RT and Xbox 360

Error Message: You've used up all of your downloads for this item. (0xc33307d8)

I have been back and forth with Customer Support several times already here and a couple with Microsoft Forum. The last rep, Nigel directed me here so this issue will actually get fixed cause there is no record on this error code as to what it is. I clearly
understand Xbox is having issues right now but this is still unacceptable.

Last week Xbox Video on my Windows 8.1 RT tablet (which is fully updated and always kept up to date) crashed. Now to begin with before this crash everything worked great between my Nokia Lumia 928, Xbox 360, and Surface RT. I will explain my setup between
my devices so it will help clear up what the issue is.

*On my Nokia 928 I stream movies to save storage for new recordings and pictures.

*On my Xbox 360 I just got a new hard drive to buy and download for offline play movies from Microsoft.

*On my Surface RT I have a MicroSD in the slot with mapped directories in the libraries (these are my actual folders) for my
Documents, Xbox Music, Pictures, Videos and Xbox Video.

Now since Xbox Video app on Windows RT crashed, I have seen several errors and wish I wrote them down but this is the error I have been getting for the last four (4) days and have not seen the others in a while now. I will explain everything the best I can
because I do not know what caused the initial crash but the steps I have followed afterwards.

When Xbox Video (RT) crashed I did a refresh on my tablet without affecting my files. Fully updated everything in recovery and store. I go back to
Desktop Mode to map my MicroSD and open the applications to verify everything was working. Did a restart (I restart after making major changes) and go to Xbox Video and it appeared to be working. Now the next day I left the house away from
my WiFi and found my movies do not play offline now. I looked it up on my phone and seen that I had to be online to let them play a little to verify I was the owner of the movies. So I did just that when I got home then actually left the house again just to
make sure I was away from my connected WiFi and disabled it on my computer. My movies still did not work which brought me to make my post on Microsoft Forum which by that time I got my first error message. So first thing when I got home I made my post here:

Windows RT Xbox Video Can't play, the item is missing or we cant get to it.

Now I read it again there is the first error code and message. I have since then edited this post to make it more friendly and not rude cause I am very upset on this case. Anyway I followed his instructions as it can be seen and the outcome is Predator and
Green Mile did not work after that. Microsoft's Xbox department has kindly refunded those two and Predator 3 by mistake so I could buy them again and get a new license. I had planned to do so until my new issue appeared. now that error that I mentioned up
top that effected Predator and Green Mile has done the same thing with two more movies when I tried to download them. I have tested this on my Xbox 360 which I deleted a movie to attempt a second download and it failed with a similar error. I have done a factory
reset today and just finished updating and restoring everything a bit ago and tried again and still getting the error code mentioned in bold up top.

A Xbox Support Rep Jay C said this appeared to be an isolated incident cause there is not supposed to be a download limit between my Xbox devices and he gave me the refunds to correct the license issue. The Xbox Support rep Nigel referred me here rather
then trying to do a quick fix with a refund to actually get this issue corrected and has forwarded it to whoever works the issues with my gamertag and email since there is no record as to what this error is. These have been the most helpful so far but I am
still left with a broken Xbox Video.

Some videos purchased from Xbox Video store won't play on Windows 8.1 RT

Hey there Famgol,

Can you refresh your purchase history on the Windows 8 RT? This may resolve the issue you are seeing. To do that, follow the steps listed.

- Open Xbox Video on your Windows 8 RT

- Go to the Settings menu and select Preferences

- Under Purchases, select Restore

If the option to restore your purchases is not listed, please make sure you are signed into Xbox Video.

I followed the pocket lint post with my android tablet but it could not find the Xbox one. I also have the same issue with my windows 7, 8 and rt devices.

Anyone got it to work?
