Xbox Video is currently behaving like an inferior service

Now I'm curious how the whole system works. I assumed it was as simple as the content providers sending Xbox a digital copy of the episode immediately after it airs which is then uploaded to the Xbox Video servers. Of course, there's a more than small
chance that it's not even a technical issue here.

I finally received a response from a MS Support Engineer:

"Unfortunately, we have a technical issue that's being investigated which is blocking the publish of these and several other episodes. I'm unable to give an ETA as to when they'll actually be available."

A bit troubling, terms like 'technical issues' and NO ETA are never a good thing...the fact that it took us nearly a week to get any real attention is real nice too.

You guys are going to laugh. We've been using the wrong forum the whole time:

I have the same problem. This will likely be the last time I buy TV shows on xbox. Episodes 21-22 don't even show up in the store, or on the website.

It should be easier to navigate and ask questions on here...
