Can movies bought on the xbox one through the video marketplace be downloaded onto the xbox hard drive?

Hi Mavericc! Sorry to hear your having Xbox Video troubles. Let's get this fixed for you. : )

First, lets delete the Xbox Video app, and reinstall it. Follow the directions below to complete a full uninstall/reinstall.

1) Right click on the app’s tile

2) Select “Uninstall” and confirm

3) From the Metro UI, type “WSReset.exe” and press enter

4) After you see a confirmation the store cache has been reset, reinstall the app

Once you do that, go to the Marketplace and try to download your movie again. Let us know how that goes, or if you need any more help. Thanks.

Xbox video download

I have been trying to download a movie I purchased yesterday in HD and every time I try to check how far along is the download it resets back to zero. At one point it was at 75% and then it reset back to 0. This is frustrating! I am downloading on my new
Microsoft Surface tablet RT. I am pretty sure I have enough memory. Please help!

Hey true! What kind of device are you trying to re-download your video from? If you are trying to download it again on your Xbox 360 console, you can do so by going to Xbox Video>My Videos>Account Management>choose your video and download it again. Let us
know if you have any questions. Cheers!

I downloaded the video using the video app in Windows 8, not through my Xbox.
