    When I purchase It will not download. Error comes up " can't download (no rights)

    WTF is going on.

    For about two weeks now whenever I try to use xbox video it tells me. " sorry, the xbox music and video services aren't right now. Try again later." No status code no error message pop up, just that on the grey xbox video background. Can someone please tell
    me whats going on.

    I get the same error on my Windows 8 PC when trying to download videos from Xbox Video (on Win8). The error I get is:

    Some things didn't download (0x80070002)

    Use the system video player. Press the Xbox button on the controller, move right to the Media tab. Select "System Video Player." Then choose "Downloaded Videos" as the source, and you should see your videos.

    I am having the same issue using XBOX video on Windows 8, or through the zune PC software. Neither work.

    "Media Usage Rights Error Has Occurred" through the zune PC Software if I try to select Download.

    Never again microsoft.
