    This is a rather convoluted chain of events, so bear with me. I rented the movie Fury on 2/15 on my Xbone and started watching it. About an hour in, I switched over to watching it on my 360. It worked for a while, then the progress halted as the
    movie buffered forever. Suspecting a problem with my network, I reset my modem. After this, I can no longer access the Xbox Video app. When I start the app, it takes me to a screen where my only options are four squares - resume, my tv shows, my movies, and
    my game videos. All of these are empty and take me nowhere. It gives me the message "when you buy videos you will see them here." I tried deleting my system cache, reinstalling the 2MB update, deleting and reinstalling the app, and deleting and downloading
    my profile. None of this fixed the problem. The app still works fine on my Xbone. I hope one of you knows how to fix this, as it seems like a very strange thing to occur.

    It happened to me with Adventure Time. I think Xbox Video broke...

    Windows 8.1 XBox Video Metro App video/audio sync/lag issue

    I reverted to Windows 8. The Xbox Video works fine. The video no longer lags and is out of sync with the audio. So Windows 8.1 broke something.

    I have the same issue as well. i can only get it online by computer but i can no longer watch anything on my 360.

    I guess the problem was on the Microsoft end. Xbox video is up and running now.

    Ok so no signal "usually" means either the video cable or HDMI in your case is broken or the video port in your T.V is broken. The best solution would be to switch out HDMI cables by replacing the one your using with another one and if that still doesn't
    work then try a different T.V. Also, the power light on the big power brick should be green when you turn the xbox on NOT RED. If it is then you probably have a broken power brick or it might not be plugged in all the way. Make sure everything is tight and
    not loose. If all these solutions don't work then sorry to say but it might be your xbox video port itself that is broken which would need to be repaired. Good luck and hope your xbox works!

    No. You will have to buy one like everyone else. The youtube videos out there saying Microsoft gives away broken Xboxs is fake and not true.
