    Xbox Video Black Sails error 80070005 and missing episodes


    I purchased the whole season of Black Sails last month and only episode 1 was available. A few days ago the rest of the episodes popped up and I watched episode 2. Today I can see episodes 2-6, but when I try to play any of them I get the error code "Error
    occurred during playback status code 80070005"

    Arrow TV Show Freezes my Xbox completely =(

    When I go to Xbox Video, I search Xbox Video for "Arrow", when i click on it, all of a sudden my Xbox freezes completely.

    Different approach; I go to My Videos and click My TV Shows.

    When I choose an episode to watch from Season 2 of Arrow, it says "Playback Error An error occured during playback. Status code: 80070005

    One thing to note, when I click on season 1 episodes from "My Tv Shows" it'll let me playback season 1 episodes, just not season 2. PLEASE HELP!!!

    Xbox Video Season Passes not working...

    For the past several weeks, I've had issues with the current episodes for several of my shows. (Namely Hannibal, Supernatural, Agents of Shield, Black Sails) I see the new episodes are available, but even though I have the pass, it is asking for payment
    of the episode. In the case of Hannibal and Black Sails, either the episodes aren't visible or they don't show up until an extra week passes. Help?

    Moved over to the Xbox Video forum.

    Try refreshing your purchase history within the Xbox Video app. This can be accomplished by going into the app, going to My Videos > Select Account Management > Press X. Give it a few minutes to run, then go back to My Videos > Select My TV Shows > Select
    Black Sails > Locate episode 7. It should give you the option to Play or Download now.
