Xbox Video App Problem

Discus and support Xbox Video App Problem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't seem to find Xbox film store on my Video app. I use a Surface RT system.     Xbox Video App Problem


    I can't seem to find Xbox film store on my Video app. I use a Surface RT system. I have tried to reinstall the app but doesn't make any difference. Also my music store seems to b connected. So in'm not sure why I have this problem with the video. Thanks

    P.S. I live in Nigeria. I hope that's not the problem.

    That seemed to be e problem, you have to have the xbox video app running for your devices to see it which seems a little odd.

    media player not on store

    Same Problem in Australia, XBox Video app and media player app dont work and are not in the store.

    This did not work. Clear system cache didn't work uninstalling didn't work. I'm not to sure what the problem is here

    Netflix app? Amazon video app? Xbox video app? Or all video streaming apps? Did you try a hard reset? Sorry you are having problems. I have only used Amazon and Netflix. So far nothing terrible happening for me yet. Though I use those apps infrequently

    Media Player Not showing MKV files.

    There are no warnings or error messages.

    When I select all video's in the Media Player App, it shows all my videos on my media server apart from the mkv videos.

    I know there are mkv videos on the media server, but the Xbox Media Player App doesn't show them.

    EDIT- I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Media Player App. That didn't solve the problem.
