Xbox Video App on Microsoft

I recently bought the film 'La Haine' on Xbox Video through my Microsoft account. However when I try and play the video it says "we cannot find playback rights at this time, try again later" and then goes onto say "Make sure you have a signed in your account
as the same region as your device". I have signed into my account and my device as United Kingdom, but still no help.

Any Answers?

??Skype on XBOX Live??

I could see Skype working on Xbox, since they have the means to run an app such as it. Kinect and the Xbox Cam both run video chat, so it would be relatively easy to make an app that uses video and voice/mic compatibility to chat. However, Xbox already has
video chat and Kinect chat for large regions of the world; I would think Microsoft would rather further that app instead of allowing a Skype app on Xbox.

JUNE Update - A Few prayers answered!!

Microsoft could well have let something slip in there latest video if you watch the destination Brazil video the video clearly shows posts to twitter and the app in exclusive to xbox one.

Does this mean that Twitter is on the way for xbox one if it is the app is out June 15th so we could see Twitter integration by then.

Sorry you're having trouble signing into the Video app! Have you made sure to update all apps on your device as well as the OS? The app should be now labeled as Microsoft Video & TV, if it's showing as Xbox Video this may be why you're having trouble signing
in.

If updating the app doesn't help, what is the exact error that you're receiving?

I'm not aware of Game Videos being included in the Xbox Video app on Xbox 360 previously. Granted it's been a long time. It's always handled only Movies & TV shows purchased/rented from Microsoft in addition to your personal videos.
