Xbox Video Achievement, from 42% Progress to 7%?

Hello there,

I noticed this morning that my progress for the Xbox Video achievement Season Record (watch 100 hours of television shows on Xbox Video) changed from 42% progress to 7%. This occurred at some time between my last use of the app on the weekend when I watched
an episode of the show Gotham and this morning when I looked at my achievements and spotted the discrepancy.

I also noticed that the statistics show that I have watched 42 movies, when my collection is about 20 films and most of them have been unwatched. Could this be the result of a data inconsistency?

I unlocked the achievement for watching 25 hours of TV in the summer so 7% (or 7 hours) is definitely inaccurate. If someone could look into this and advise accordingly, it would be much appreciated!

Problem with Achievements either glitched or not updated properly on Xbox One.

Here few things about problems with Achievements in Xbox One.

Checked 2 friends achievements. Both friends got 100% Achievements Progress in Recent Activity and Compare Achievements in friend profile. One friend show 100% progress - 365G - 30 Achievements and other friend show 100% progress - 920G - 55 Achievements.
Those for Dead Rising 3.

2nd problems when I checked my different friend who played Battlefield 4 and show his 57% progress and my show as 42% in Battlefield 4 when compare his achievements so when I view my Achievements and show as 28% progress for this game.

There many players who got glitched achievements in Assassin's Creed IV on Xbox One.

Xbox360Achievements.org many Xbox One games for forums there many players said Achievements glitched on them.

But for me is Progress is broken.

I had my Gamerscore and Achievements updated fine as always pop and updated but not Achievements Progress with % it is not updated properly, glitched or broken.

Just let you know that Achievements Progress % is broken.

Please Microsoft do something to fixing ASAP on Achievements, Achievements Progress and other problems for Achievements. Please fixing.

I am frustrated when viewing compare friends for achievements and view my achievements because of Achievements Progress is messy up either glitched, not updated or even broken Progress.

 

Game DVR not working properly!

Hey yeah I got this problem too. Also I got problem with Achievements Progress that % messy up. Both is issues. But I not worry about Game DVR problem but yeah Microsoft need fixing it anyway. I am more worry about Achievements Progress because not properly
for show % so for example.

BF 4 progress 42% in Recent Activity and Compare games in friends

View my Achievements section and show as 28% progress. That is serious problem with Progress. I had made thread about it few mins ago.

This and Progress need to fixing ASAP.

 

Could I please have someone look at this issue and reply in this thread? I would appreciate any status update or progress towards a fix that could be provided.

Unfortunately no, it has stayed at 7% since that time.

 

I just restarted my console and checked again: it has now gone from 7% to 0, while the previously accurate achievements for watching 25 hours of movies (Movie Mogul, which was at 58%) and watching 100 hours of movies (Film Buff, which was at 14%) are all
wiped out to 0% as well.

Can I ask if something was tried on your end, and if so what it was/what happened?

This issue is currently being looked into, and it can take 48 hours for achievements to reconcile. If the progress does not go back to where it is supposed to be, please post back so we can help you get this sorted!

 

Im having same problem with the progress of my achievements all back to 0% plus achievements not unlocking
