Xbox verification picture

So previously I had an issue where I am able to change my gamer pic on the Xbox app and it'll say waiting for verification, it hasn't changed since this morning. One ambassador said it should take 30 minutes to change so I decided to change it again to
see if it'll work within 30 minutes, while another said to reset my console and it should work I've done both and still no change it keeps giving me Laura croft
