Hello Ivan,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend first to keep it in a well ventilated area. Using outside fans to keep it cool also will not hurt as some areas can get pretty hot. Where I live summers are in 100's all the time.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox One S leaving it's internal fan on after being powered off. You may want to try powering a

power cycle on your Xbox.

Sounds suspiciously like a ventilation and overheating issue.

Turn the console off and remove the power cord and allow the console to cool.

Inspect the ventilation holes on the sides of the console for dust accumulation and clean where required. I use a vacuum cleaner.

When the console is cool to touch restore power and turn on.
