    Xbox Vault Sweepstakes


    I received a notification back in December that I was a winner of one of the trading card prizes with 1 year of game pass in the Xbox Vault Sweepstakes. I filled out the form and submitted it but haven't received anything. Has anyone received their prizes yet or is it just taking a while?

    I’ve sent the email from several different addresses and have still not received a response containing the list. I don’t

    understand what else I’m supposed to do. I was getting an error code a few days ago saying the email address wasn’t valid but now it seems like it’s sending but I just don’t receive a response. I’ve called Xbox support and they’re at a loss too. Is the system just not functional or what’s going on?

    Hey I have used my Outlook and send the exact same thing over and over and over and it says can't send then I call Microsoft and they'd say they would send me a email and never did
