    The only time i message or use voice chat is to repond to people calling me a
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] moron etc but i reply and get reported and i am the one banned not the person who cussed me out and started the issue. And not only that the appeal process is
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] they make the questions purposefully confusing to anyone who doesnt have a harvard degree in language to understand....
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] i did nothing wrong but i get months worth of voice chat bans m. Just take my money and ban me for replying to ignorant
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] who cuss me out and call me names but dont look at that its just me thats the problem because they got butt hurt and cant handle a sip of their own tea.
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] this company im going to sell my xbox cancel my subcribtion and go to sony and playstation where they actually so things right...

    With any problem player just block them, report if needed and don't engage them for any reason.

    It does not matter who started the arguement, Simply block and report the offending player, If you feel you have to reply then don't use any language that would be against the code of conduct.

    Its worth noting that sony/playstation's code of conduct is pretty much the same when it comes to banning offensive players.

    Just simply block and report those people, and let the enforcement team handle it.

    As for the others not getting banned, it can take time for the enforcement team to get to that particular report, and you may not always see that they have been banned.

    As mentioned before when harassed you can block or report that person. Retaliating is a violation of the Code of Conduct.

    If you tried to file a case review yet failed the questionnaire I suggest you to read the Code of Conduct and try again in 24 hrs.
