Xbox User email address

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Unfortunately for security reasons, it’s not possible to combine Microsoft accounts, nor can you transfer such things as your gamertag, account purchases and balance, or game progress from one account to another.

If they want to keep their progress, it will have to be through the same e-mail address/gamertag that they earned it through. Otherwise, they would need to create a new account and earn it again.

Just do not use them - they will be recycled in a decaide or so.

Users can not delete accounts from the xbox servers.

If you want to de-link the accounts from the emails.

Go to your console and check your email address under My Xbox ->Account Information.

change the email address.

Your email address and password are good but cannot access to your Xbox account? I had this problem few days ago. The problem was coming from my email address setting. I explain you :

In your personnal setting of email address (login.live.com) you can see all your setting about your email address account. Check if there is a "security in two step" activated. This setting block the unknow computer if they try to connect to your email address,
they must have a code.

If this security is turned on, just turn it off, and then try to connect on your Xbox.

For me that's was the problem. In fact, this security think your Xbox is an unknow user who try to connect with your email address.
