    Sup guys,

    since yesterday my parties have begun to lag and when i looked in the options on my xbox it said that the upnp wasn't successful so i googled the solution for this problem and found one on the xbox webpage, i follower every step but it didn't help and now
    the ms support is not available and so you guys are my last bastion against this error. Please help me^^

    Have you tried connecting the console and router with a cable? Or if that already is it to try over wlan?

    if everything is set correctly and you have done all the things and it's not working, i would suggest doing a factory reset of the console with the option to keep your data. you need your login data.

    Are you in a Hotel by chance? If you have access to the router you may want to factory reset it and set it up again with lower security settings, Or contact your provider for solutions since its the internet that's the issue
