Xbox Upload - Xbox Turning Into Social Media

No surprise... people treat all facets of gaming as a climb up a social ladder. Achievements, gamerscore, even becoming an ambassador to get a label yet never help a single person. The race for followers is on.

 

Gotta love those upload celebrities!!! pffft what a joke

 

I don't really see the issue, then again I don't really care how many followers someone has, I don't even know how to tell LOL. I think this is kiddie stuff, once you get a lil older you wont care either.

[/quote]What's interesting is that some people don't even try and end up with a huge following, and those that try "too" hard end up with little to none. Interesting how it all works out.

 

I have had dozens of people following me for months.

I have no idea who any of them are, never played with any of them or spoke with them, yet they feel the need to follow me.

Why???, what do they get from it?

 

Same for me, maybe about 15 people... most of mine came after i got a clip featured though.

 

I do have some followers but I think I follow more people than follow me. But I f ollow people for things I like and appreciate like painting cars in Forza or for being a good and respectful racer. If they turn around and accept my FR than great. If not
I still get to see some great artwork. But I never follow someone unless I've actually met them in game or these forums.
