XBox upgrade and Destiny Expansion 3 $the Taken King$ not longer accessible

I purchased Destiny the Taken King Expansion pass last year for my XBox 360. I just upgraded to XBox one, but now can't access the Taken King. Any ideas?

Just to clarify, what edition of The Taken King did you purchase and when did you purchase it? You can check your purchase history on your
Microsoft Commerce page. If you purchased Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition, according to the

Xbox Store page, the Collector's Edition Digital Upgrade is not included in that bundle. If you would like to acquire the Collector's Edition content, you can purchase the content from the

Xbox Store directly provided you already own the following:

• Destiny
• Expansion I: The Dark Below
• Expansion II: House of Wolves
• Destiny: The Taken King

Hey, Noble! They have released it, it's
the Taken King Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade. This is only available to users that have the base game and both expansions already. If you do not have those on your account, you will be unable purchase it.

 

Sorry to hear it. However, The Taken King was never included as a free upgrade. If you would like to play The Taken King on the Xbox One you'll need to purchase it again.

Might I suggest getting Destiny The Collection? It will include all DLC up to and including Rise of Iron.
