    Xbox updating error


    my xbox is on the updating screen and it reached up to 87% and its been staying there ever since. iv tried to reset the xbox by holding the eject button and the side button but whenever i press “KEEP ALL GAMES AND APPS” it still takes me to the updating screen and keeps me at 87%. I have had this problem for 2 days straight and haven’t been able to play on my xbox. Please let me know what to do ASAP.
