    Hi has anyone else had trouble with there Xbox one S after the updates as mine has destroyed my new 3 terrabyte usb drive had to go buy another usb hdd now most of the time just to play i have to restart the box 2 to 3 times so
    the usb shows up again not only that game on disc that i have tell me i do not own the buy in store only work after restarting now the xbox is as slow as hell and getting worse every time it gets updated

    not impressed as this should not be happening

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
