Discus and support xbox updated, now getting terrible fps in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've been getting horrible fps today in Rocket League, I also noticed I got an Xbox software update.     xbox updated, now getting terrible fps


    I've been getting horrible fps today in Rocket League, I also noticed I got an Xbox software update. Wondering if the two are related and if anyone else is experiencing similar issues.

    New update lagging games??

    I just updated to the new system update this morning. As soon as it was done I jumped into some call of duty and now I am getting very noticeable FPS lag that was never there last night before I patched. Has anyone else been experiencing this or noticed
    it in other games?

    Been Reading Xbox updated there graphics but still drops FPS. but it's hardly noticeable, the PS4 for what it is worth is very good but.. if i get a PS4 i'm dropping into the unknown, when both the xbox and PS3 came out last year i went for the PS3 it was
    terrible and then i went to Xbox it was amazing, Now the only problem i got is choosing one this year. I don't want my account to go to waste, but at the same time i don't like what the Xbox has to offer this year, why is this so hard.

    It's not Xbox related.

    These framedrops are here since the latest (season 5) update of Rocket League.

    Sometimes it helps to completely restart Rocket League. But the framedrops will return eventually.

    It's not Xbox related.

    My friend, is absolutely terrible at pretty much every kind of FPS there is, except Call of Duty. It's the only game he's actually capable of getting any kills in. He was terrible a Halo, terrible at Rainbow 6 Vegas, and **** poor in GRAW2.

    So if he's so terrible (and he really is), yet can rack up a decent killcount in COD that must say something.

    Now that's not to knock on people who do have some genuine skill, but it's hardly a hard game to be competent at. It's very easy to pick up and play.
